What is included in every package?
All our packages include full access to Live TV, Movies, Series, and Catchup features. There are no hidden fees or locked content.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 24-hour free trial on every package so you can test our service quality and device compatibility before you pay.
What is the difference between Single, Multi, and Triple rooms?
This dictates how many devices can stream at the exact same time. Single-room: 1 device at a time. Multi-room: 2 devices at a time. Triple-room: 3 devices at a time. You can install the app on as many devices as you want, but simultaneous viewing is limited by your package.
How long are the subscription terms?
We offer flexible terms ranging from 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year, up to our heavily discounted 2-Year packages.
Device Setup & Installation
Which devices are supported?
We support almost all modern devices including Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV/Phones, Apple TV, iOS, Windows, MacOS, Smart TVs, Infomir Mag Box, and Hiremco.
How do I install the app on an Amazon Firestick?
Download the "Downloader" app on your Firestick, open it, and enter our direct download code: 6840354. This will automatically download and install our APK.
How do I configure a Mag Box?
During setup, you will be asked to provide your device's MAC address. Once registered, we will provide you with the specific Server URL to enter into your Mag Box portal settings.
Can I use the service on my iPhone or iPad?
Yes, iOS and Apple TV are fully supported. You can download the compatible app directly from the Apple App Store as detailed on our Downloads page.
Do I need a satellite dish?
No satellite dish is required. Our service is delivered entirely over the internet.
What is Catchup and how do I use it?
Catchup allows you to watch live broadcasts that have already aired. Simply navigate to a supported channel in the TV Guide and scroll backward in time to replay previous shows.
Technical & Internet Requirements
What internet speed do I need?
For smooth, uninterrupted streaming, we recommend a minimum, stable internet connection speed of 15 Mbps to 20 Mbps.
Can I use a VPN with your service?
Yes, our service is highly secure and fully VPN-friendly. Using a VPN is optional but recommended if your Internet Service Provider is throttling streaming traffic.
Why is my stream buffering or freezing?
Buffering is usually caused by internet fluctuations or local Wi-Fi issues. Try restarting your internet router, restarting your device, or connecting your device directly to the router using an Ethernet cable.
Are the channels broadcast in HD?
We offer a combination of SD, HD, and Full HD streams.
Can I use my subscription while traveling?
Yes, your subscription is not IP-locked to your home. You can stream on your phone, tablet, or laptop while traveling, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
Billing & Support
How fast will my account be activated?
Accounts are typically activated instantly upon payment confirmation. In rare cases, it may take up to a few hours during peak periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
